Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits are transferable, do not expire, and may be transferred to a friend or family member.
Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings made within 72 hours or less from the requested service date may include an additional last-minute fee.
Location-Based Fees
Pricing may vary based on travel distance, location, date, and service availability. Some areas may require an additional travel fee.
Holidays & After-Hours
Holiday bookings may include an additional fee. After-hour services may not always be available and may include an additional fee when accommodated.
